I just purchased this, but can already tell I love it. I've tried tons of software like this and they are all either overly complicated or missing features I need. This one makes it easy to comment, has a time stamp and screenshot for the comment, creates a list of the comments in the sidebar and lets you set a status, it's embeddable (we put them in our client portal), and the biggie is that you can pause commenting (with a due date feature coming soon) which is huge when doing several rounds of feedback. Definitely check it out!

I've been looking for something like BugSmash since a competitive product, "UserBack" really did the dirty on me from a previous Appsumo deal. BugSmash makes it all better again and their support is pretty quick too. The biggest challenge with any new app is peer 'buy in' to using it. Thankfully the product spoke to them and now everyone is using it. Being able to put a pin on any place of the website and comment on it, is much more intuitive than what we were previously doing. We used to use a Word doc with screenshots and notes about what is wrong. After 26 pages, you can imagine it started to get chaotic and cumbersome. BugSmash fixed everyone's workflow. Love how we can assign tasks and prioritise, page by page. And its not just websites too, it can be a multitude of sources, including PDF file uploads and images. Really handy!

I've been looking for such a platform for a couple of months now. This is by far my favorite. -The interface is simple. I can add a project with a couple of clicks. It's intuitive, and there are quick shortcuts to add any type of file. Well done on the UI/UX, BugSmash team. -Support is quick to reply and helpful. -Their roadmap is full of planned and in-progress features. -There are plenty of features to get any project up and running. -It's great that we can add websites, PDFs, images, audios, videos, and more. -I'd say that the features/limits are good for each tier. I bought tier 3 even though tier 2 would have been enough, but I would like to support the team and invest in it. -Thare a couple of nice-to-haves here and there, but most of them are either in progress or planned. -Suggestions: -It would be great if we could have like 3-5workspaces for Tier 3, sharing the same storage limit. -Adding n8n integration. It's becoming the standard these days and is much more affordable than Zapier. -Not sure if this makes sense, but adding Word docs as a file type to comment on and/or collaborate on. Overall: top notch. If your work involves giving or receiving feedback, BugSmash is the way to go.

I've collected many digital asset review LTDs and BugSmash is the clear winner. It's not clunky like the others and focuses on features that actually work: Perfect Versioning: The glide-slider for comparing images is the best I’ve seen. Smart Permissions: Hide projects from specific users and use group @mentions for faster tagging. Thoughtful UI: Comment management is clean, and the "Viewer" mode makes navigation frustration-free. Founder Nabil is incredibly responsive—he fixed a bug for me within minutes of my chat. The roadmap (subfolders!) is promising. As an LTD purchaser, my only request is: Keep going! This tool is too good to be shelved or abandoned

I'd definitively love to be able to translate the front UI in French, so would really help in getting reviews for non english speaking people. Also, the "Browse / Comments" switch atop of the review panel could be a bit more explicite for reviewers. I discovered that some of my reviewers didn't understood they could switch to Browse to navigate and review other pages of my website. Anyway, thanks again ! "Four Happy Project Clients and Growing."
We have been using the product now for a couple of weeks and already have 4 customers using it to provide feedback on their websites that we support for them. Extremely intuitive for the customer and hopefully, as the intro to this product claims, it will help us end the endless chat and email loops with our customers asking us to 'change the spelling, increase that font size, make this darker, and the list goes on' We had a couple of problems at the onset but support from BugSmash has been exceptional. Well done on the UI/UX, BugSmash team. -Support is quick to reply and helpful. -Their roadmap is full of planned and in-progress features. -There are plenty of features to get any project up and running. -It's great that we can add websites, PDFs, images, audios, videos, and more. -I'd say that the features/limits are good for each tier. I bought tier 3 even though tier 2 would have been enough, but I would like to support the team and invest in it. -Thare a couple of nice-to-haves here and there, but most of them are either in progress or planned. -Suggestions: -It would be great if we could have like 3-5workspaces for Tier 3, sharing the same storage limit. -Adding n8n integration. It's becoming the standard these days and is much more affordable than Zapier. -Not sure if this makes sense, but adding Word docs as a file type to comment on and/or collaborate on. Overall: top notch. If your work involves giving or receiving feedback, BugSmash is the way to go.

It's not clunky like the others and focuses on features that actually work: Perfect Versioning: The glide-slider for comparing images is the best I’ve seen. Smart Permissions: Hide projects from specific users and use group @mentions for faster tagging. Thoughtful UI: Comment management is clean, and the "Viewer" mode makes navigation frustration-free. Founder Nabil is incredibly responsive—he fixed a bug for me within minutes of my chat. The roadmap (subfolders!) is promising. As an LTD purchaser, my only request is: Keep going! I'd definitively love to be able to translate the front UI in French, so would really help in getting reviews for non english speaking people. Also, the "Browse / Comments" switch atop of the review panel could be a bit more explicite for reviewers. I discovered that some of my reviewers didn't understood they could switch to Browse to navigate and review other pages of my website. Anyway, thanks again ! We have been using the product now for a couple of weeks and already have 4 customers using it to provide feedback on their websites that we support for them. Extremely intuitive for the customer and hopefully, as the intro to this product claims, it will help us end the endless chat and email loops with our customers asking us to 'change the spelling, increase that font size, make this darker, and the list goes on' We had a couple of problems at the onset but support from BugSmash has been exceptional. Keep up the good work. We're looking forward to making this part of our SOP and our Website Care Plans for all of our customers.

There are handfull of client feedback tools on the market and each have unique features. Only a few do website and video feedback well plus images and pdfs for BugSmash.
