Sharing is simple! You can share your projects via email or by generating a direct link. For private sharing, just enter the recipients' emails, and we'll take care of sending them the link. For public sharing, copy the project link and share it however you like.

Q: Does BugSmash integrate with other tools?

BugSmash already integrates with Jira and Slack! So all your issues and communication are in sync. For more integrations, please reach out to us. We'd be happy to prioritise your request.

Q: How does BugSmash protect my data?

Your security is our priority. Each paying, logged-in user gets their own secure cloud storage bucket, compliant with SOC 2 standards. Plus, all data transmitted is encrypted to keep it safe.

Q: Are there limits on file size or storage?

Yes, there are a few limits in place to help keep things running smoothly. On the free tier, you can upload files up to 100 MB each with a total storage of 5 GB. With an upgrade, the limits increase - you’ll be able to upload files up to 250 MB or even 500 MB, with total storage expanding to 250 GB or 500 GB depending on your plan.

Q: Is BugSmash available as a mobile app?

While we don't have a standalone mobile app yet, BugSmash is fully mobile-responsive. You can pin BugSmash to your home screen and use it just like a mobile app.

The biggest challenge with any new app is peer buy-in to using it. Thankfully the product spoke to them and now everyone is using it.
